The tools keep changing.
The task of learning doesn’t.

EdTech product leaders are under more pressure than ever to prove what their product actually does for the people using it. That question takes experience to answer well.

A career built on design thinking, commercial creativity, and an earned ability to become an expert in every business I’ve worked for. For the last 12 years, that business has been EdTech, exclusively.
Trevor Minton

I’m Trevor Minton. I came to EdTech from a long career in design-for-business, where I learned how organizations think, buy, and make decisions before I ever applied that lens to education technology. The combination during a decade-plus of EdTech focus is deliberate. Understanding the human task of learning, and understanding how organizations navigate toward better decisions about it, are not separate skills.

I founded Parabolica Solutions to work directly with EdTech product leaders, in the room with them where the hard calls get made.

Strategic Product Advisory

Working alongside product and leadership teams on the decisions that require depth of market knowledge. Positioning, go-to-market insight, and honest diagnoses before solutions are considered.

Fractional Business Development

Dedicated pipeline-building, relationship development, and early-stage BD representation. The work of a senior BD director without the overhead of a full-time hire. Retainer-based, commission-aligned.

Conference Representation

Active presence at the shows that matter in this market — ISTE, Bett, ASU+GSV and many others — as a prepared, goal-oriented representative with structured objectives and a debrief that’s actually useful.

Market + Prospect Intelligence

Helping decide which organizations are worth a conversation and why, grounded in 12 years of EdTech relationships and a practiced ability to hear what isn’t always being said directly.

How engagements start

Every engagement begins with a conversation about what you’re trying to figure out, not a pitch of services. If there’s a fit, it will be clear. If there isn’t, that’s useful too.

Curiosity drives good product decisions. The organizations that understand how their users actually engage, what they need, and what gets in the way will make better calls at every stage of the product lifecycle. That’s the standard I hold my own work to as well.

If you’re asking yourself questions, it’s worth a conversation.

Whether you’re navigating a specific product decision, building a BD function from scratch, or trying to understand a market that doesn’t sit still, I’m worth a call. There won’t be a pitch on my end, just a real conversation about where you are and if there’s a way I can help.
